Terms of Service

By accessing or using ThinkingPatterns.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

ThinkingPatterns provides a security findings management and observability platform. The Service enables you to ingest, track, triage, and measure security findings from third-party scanners and custom analysis agents.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We claim no ownership over your finding metadata, project configurations, or any other content you provide.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not access, use, or share your data for any other purpose.

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by ThinkingPatterns and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use ThinkingPatterns trademarks or branding.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on the pricing page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkingPatterns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may close your account from the profile settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
